CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce’s July activities include the monthly networking breakfast (see above) and these meetings:
●Foy Shaw Memorial Scholarship Committee: 8:30 a.m. July 12 at the Crestview chamber office, 1447 Commerce Drive, Crestview.
●Government Issues Committee: 8:30 a.m. July 13 at the chamber office. The guest speaker is Mary Beth Jackson, Okaloosa County Superintendent of Schools.
●Ambassadors "Let's Do Lunch": noon July 14 at Mia's Italian Restaurant in Crestview — informal networking lunch for members and people interested in joining the ambassadors group. RSVP to ambassadors@crestviewchamber.com.
●Health and Wellness Committee: 8:30 a.m. July 20 at the chamber office — focuses on monthly blood pressure and blood sugar checks at the breakfast meetings, an annual community wide health fair, and support of various health related opportunities throughout the year. Members do not have to be in a health-related field; they should just have an interest in promoting health for themselves and others.
