CRESTVIEW — Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Timothy Lee Parish, 32, of Eagle Way, Crestview, Florida on Monday for online solicitation of a child for sexual conduct and use of a two-way device to facilitate a felony.
During the week of Oct. 19, 2015, FDLE Pensacola Regional Operations Center agents assisted the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and other agencies with "Operation Wolf Hunter."
During the operation, a Tallahassee Police Department detective, posing as a 14-year-old girl, communicated with Parish. During communications, Parish solicited the “child” to allow him to engage in sexual activity with her.
Following the operation, FDLE agents continued the investigation and on April 25, 2016, agents obtained an arrest warrant for Parish.
He was arrested and booked into the Okaloosa County Jail with no bond set.
This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit.
