NICEVILLE — Students who successfully completed the certificate requirements for law enforcement basic training at Northwest Florida State College are now eligible to take the State Officer Certification Exam.
After passing the Florida exam, graduates can become employed as sworn police officers in the state of Florida.
The NWFSC Law Enforcement Academy is an intense, 800-hour program that provides students with instruction in a comprehensive curriculum mandated by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The Criminal Justice Training Center offers day and evening academies beginning in the fall and spring semesters.
