CRESTVIEW — The Scott Hemond School of Baseball camp is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 12 at Durrell Lee Park.
Children ages 7-14 can participate in the event, which is at 1898 E. 1st Ave., Crestview. Email crestviewcrush@gmail.com to register; the cost is $40 per child.
“Hemond was a first-round draft pick by the Oakland A's," an event spokesperson said. "His instruction is the most sought after in the area."
Tryouts for the Crestview Crush baseball team are scheduled for Dec. 13.
