TROY, Ala. — Ernest Lee of Crestview has been named to Troy University's Freshman Forum.
Members of this Student Government Association branch serve as freshman class representatives. Each fall, about 50 freshmen are chosen via an interview and application process and later placed into one of five SGA committees: Campus Involvement and Events, Community Service, Trojan Pride and Traditions, Finance and Publicity.
Members learn how to run meetings using parliamentary procedure, have their voices heard on campus and give back to the Troy community in the same manner as the SGA.
