Grand jury indicts four men for murder of Crestview resident, racketeering

Four men have been indicted for the Jan. 21, 2015 murder of Crestview resident Mark Anthony Williams.

Marvin Andrew Wilkins, 37, of Crestview; Bernard Jamill Nunnally, 23, Crestview; Nijajuan Jacoby Russell, 18, Ozark, Ala.; and Erich Lenquell Justice, 18, Fort Walton Beach, are charged with first degree premeditated murder for their involvement in the crime.

They are also charged with racketeering and conspiracy to conduct racketeering.

Assistant State Attorneys Jack Schlechter and Angela Mason are handling the prosecution.
