North Okaloosa arrests, Jan. 19-23

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Paula Lynn Roura, 53, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Donquel Racharles Dorsey, 25, of Crestview: resisting, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer with lights or siren active.

Matthew Dean Haley, 23, of Crestview: theft totaling $300 to $5,000.

Tracy Lamar Robinson, 44, of Crestview: failure to appear.

Melissa Ruth Slown, 45, of Panama City Beach: smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

David Brian Kelley, 19, of Crestview: failure to appear.

Timothy Dain Denmon, 33, of Crestview: failure to appear.

James Douglas Lloyd, 48, of Crestview: theft totaling $300 to $5,000.

Larry Shane Mayo, 47, of Crestview: failure to appear.

Donald Earl Davis, 51, of Crestview: driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.
