NBI Properties is expanding with a new office in Crestview.
Experienced Realtors and agents will handle increasing demand for commercial and residential properties staff at the 2217 S. Ferdon Blvd. location.
The expansion is an important one for the company, which has handled numerous real estate transactions in Crestview in recent years, NBI co-founder Jayme Nabors said.
"I know this location will be a lot more convenient for our clients in this area," he said. "Interest in Crestview properties has jumped significantly in the past few years, so our new office will be able to handle the influx of investors and buyers."
Licensed real estate staffers Michelle Tate Styron, Patti Gonzo and Kaylyn Byrd have been busy showing commercial and residential properties for sale and for lease throughout Crestview.
Gonzo said many of her new clients are calling about commercial real estate opportunities.
"The city of Crestview has removed all impact fees for the next two years," she said. "This has really helped the market for commercial property sales in this area."
