NWFSC class focuses on fishing, hunting and boating

NICEVILLE — A non-credit environmental education course runs 6-8:30 p.m. June 24, July 1 and July 8 at Northwest Florida State College. Lessons in outdoor activities include GPS systems, fresh- and saltwater fishing, hunting skills and conversation.

Successful completion leads to Boat Smart certification.

The course costs $40 per person; registration is open at nwfsc.edu for previous NWFSC students and in person on campus. It is open to ages 16 and up. Youths younger than 16 must have a parent or guardian enrolled in the course with them.
