An autopsy of Tammy Lang, 51, of Laurel Hill, was completed Monday, but additional test results are needed to determine how she died, the sheriff’s office reported.
The sheriff’s office is investigating Lang's death as suspicious.
Captain Audie Rowell said he did not know who found her body.
Their investigation is pending the medical examiner’s test results, he said.
