Car dealership offering test drives to raise funds for Bulldogs

CRESTVIEW — Taking a spin in a set of wheels this weekend is all it takes to boost the Crestview High School Quarterback Club’s coffers.

Hub City Ford is raising money for the Bulldog football program with "Drive 4 UR School" on Saturday. The Ford Motor Company and the Crestview dealership will both donate $20 toward the school's Quarterback Club for everyone who test-drives a new vehicle.

With residents’ help, the dealership can raise nearly $6,000 for the school's booster club, organizers said.

Residents 18 and older with a valid driver’s license can test drive the dealership’s 2014 models of the F-150, Escape, Fusion, Focus and Taurus, manager Tanna Cates said.

Participation is limited to one person per household, organizers said.
