North Okaloosa's Dec. 27 to Jan. 2 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Lisa Marie Oglesby, 26, of Crestview: battery on person over 65 years old.

Jason Bennie Goodwin, 40, of Laurel Hill: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Patrick Ryan English, 31, of Crestview: aggravated battery on victim who the offender should have known was pregnant.

Nickolas Henry Montemayor, 19, unlisted address: battery by person detained in prison or jail facility.

Earlvell Fitzerdald Banks, 54, of Flomaton, Alabama: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Javaris Milton Durm, 19, of Crestview: probation violation.

Shannon Renard James, 31, of Crestview: possession of over 20 grams of marijuana possession and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Christian Okorye Pickett, 25, of Crestview: marijuana distribution and trafficking in 10 grams or more of phenethylamines.

Dale Edgar Ansley, 27, of Crestview: domestic battery by strangulation.

Julie A. Key, 52, of Freeport: meth possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver.

Kevin Paul Lack, 44, of Crestview: battery — second or subsequent offense, domestic battery by strangulation, kidnapping — false imprisonment of an adult and obstructing justice by tampering in a third-degree felony proceeding.

Joseph Alan Sappington, 36, of Crestview: meth possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver.

Jeremy Craig Shirley, 40, of Fort Walton Beach: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Robert Wayne Williams, 34, of Crestview: probation violation.
