CRESTVIEW —Daryl Nicholas Watts, 27, has registered an address of 119 Cabana Way with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office in accord with Florida Statutes.
Watts was convicted in 2005 of sexual battery by an adult on a child younger than 12.
Watts, a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, stands 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 290 pounds.
