Woman accused of fraud, retail theft

CRESTVIEW — A 27-year-old Crestview woman — charged with attempting to return items she hadn't purchased for refund — has a July 15 court date.

Officers were called to Walmart on May 29 for a fraud complaint, according to the arrest report. Surveillance video showed Andrea Eller in the store on May 17. Once inside the store, Eller selected several items and then returned them, the report said. She received $35.86.

Another complaint occurred on June 3, according to the report. She chose $64.61 in merchandise and "returned" it using an old receipt and false name.

Eller has similar charges from May 28 and June 21.

She is charged with fraud — false information, retail theft, larceny – retail theft and fraud — giving false information to obtain a refund.
