CRESTVIEW — A pancake breakfast accompanied by choral performances is a great way to start the weekend. And better still, the nominal cost benefits the Crestview High School chorus.
With upcoming performances at Disney World’s Christmas celebration and regional and state competitions, the chorus has been fundraising throughout the fall semester, choral music director Kevin Lusk said.
As supporters enjoy pancakes and sausage, the chorus individual choirs will perform every half hour. This includes the elite mixed Chanticleer show choir, the Men’s Choir, Women's Choir, mixed Chorale and the Destiny show choir.
Adult breakfasts are $7; children’s are $4. Some supporters like to round up the cost to $10 or $5 to further assist the chorus travel fund.
