CRESTVIEW — A Baker man was charged with driving under the influence after a multi-vehicle crash 5:10 p.m. Nov. 18 in Crestview.
Tommy W. Guibellot, 53, is charged with crashing a 2017 red Ford pickup truck and an attached trailer into a Ford sedan that was among vehicles stopped at a red light in front of Azteca and Goodwill on State Road 85 North.
The crash pushed the sedan under a third vehicle, and both of those were pushed into a fourth vehicle.
Traffic was tied up at the intersection for nearly three hours while Crestview police officers investigated the accident and cleared debris.
Emergency Medical Services transported one vehicle passenger to North Okaloosa Medical Center.
