A 3-year-old autistic boy allegedly kidnapped March 6 is safe and suspects are in custody, the Crestview Police said.
Karl R. Menz and Virginia M. Lynch have been arrested in Henderson, Nev., according to a news release.
Crestview police coordinated with the Henderson Police Department in Nevada after receiving information that the suspects were in the area.
Henderson Police Department officers and investigators from the Federal Bureau of Investigations were able to locate the group, driving the U-Haul van described in previous releases, but the decals were removed, police said.
Officers arrested the pair and recovered Emmanuel without incident.
Emmanuel will be transported back to the Crestview area.
Karl Menz and Virginia Lynch will remain in Nevada, awaiting extradition back to Florida to face the charges of Kidnapping A Minor by Interference With Custody.
Crestview police released this statement:

"We would also like to thank the media outlets for your constant dissemination of information, and all citizens that called in with tips, or information, and for those that kept Emmanuel in their prayers for his safe return."
