7th annual Davidson Dash benefits American Cancer Society

CRESTVIEW — Funds from Davidson Middle School's annual event will help Northwest Florida residents fight cancer and provide money for research. Proceeds go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

The event is 6:30 to 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at the school, located at 6261 Old Bethel Road in Crestview. Race packets can be picked up at the school Friday.

It includes a 5K/10K run for adults, as well as a Kids' Fun Run for those age 12 and younger.

To register online, go to http://www.imathlete.com. Cost is $25 for the 5K/10K, or $10 for the Kids Run.

A post-race party and award presentations will follow the kids' run.
