CRESTVIEW — Parents, students and faculty of Antioch Elementary gathered in the multipurpose room Thursday evening to celebrate the nation's veterans.
Third-grade students, under the direction of their music teacher Betty Lindhorst, performed a variety of patriotic tunes and recited facts about America. Students donned red, white and blue attire.
The audience comprised many parents and relatives in military uniform. Assistant Principal Kelli Howard welcomed the guests and thanked those who have served, currently serve and those who have died while serving in the United States military.
