CRESTVIEW — Bonnie Rushton, Human Resource officer and vice president of Safety, Regulatory and Quality at Bridgeway Center Inc., has earned Senior Professional in Human Resource certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
She passed a three-hour computer-based exam on June 10 in Dothan, Ala., to earn the honor. SPHR certification is for people who have mastered the strategic and policy-making aspects of human resource management.
"Earning the SPHR demonstrates that Bonnie has proven her human resources competency and skills in strategic resource planning for people talent at Bridgeway Center Inc.," a Bridgeway spokesperson said.
