CRESTVIEW — Applications are now available for the Crestview High School Hall of Fame nominations.
Nominees must have graduated at least 10 years ago and have demonstrated outstanding leadership and athletic accomplishments.
All submissions must include verifiable information. If possible, also supply contact information for nominee.
Submit nominations to Coach Tim Hatten, tim.hatten@mail.okaloosa.k12.fl.us
Nominations will be accepted until Friday, May 22, 2015.
