CHIPLEY — Traffic will be restricted this week over two Okaloosa County bridges.
Florida Department of Transportation crews will perform bridge maintenance on the Yellow River and Yellow River Relief bridges, 4.5 miles west of State Road 85.
Eastbound lane restrictions will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Westbound traffic will encounter lane closures from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Maintenance activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to watch for traffic flaggers, to use caution and to obey the posted speed limit when traveling through the work zone.
