CRESTVIEW — Emerson Lamar Moore, 42, is charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and violation of probation.
The Crestview Police Department's Special Enforcement Team, working with the State Probation office, conducted a search of Moore's Bay Street home on Thursday.
"A substantial amount of marijuana was discovered," police said.
