Female kickball players wanted

CRESTVIEW — Women are wanted for four games of Spring/Summer Women's Kickball.

Registration costs $20 per player. Games are scheduled to start May 31 and every other Sunday in June.

A Kickball Draft/social is scheduled for 2 p.m. May 17.

CHS accepting Hall of Fame nominations

CRESTVIEW — Crestview High School is accepting Hall of Fame nominations. Nominees must have graduated at least 10 years ago and have demonstrated outstanding leadership and athleticism.

All submissions must include verifiable information. If possible, also supply the nominee's contact information. Submit nominations to Coach Tim Hatten, tim.hatten@mail.okaloosa.k12.fl.us, by Friday, May 22.

Baker Alumni Charity Softball Game set

BAKER — The Baker School Alumni Charity Softball Game begins 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30 at Baker School.

The game is a fundraiser for Prader-Willi syndrome research and to raise awareness for the disease. All former Baker softball players are encouraged to participate.

Hub City Basketball Camp scheduled

CRESTVIEW — The Hub City Basketball Camp will be held June 15-18 for boys and June 22-25 for girls at Shoal River Middle School.

Shoal River Coaches Mitch Buckelew and Ryan Gillis will lead the camp, which players ages 7-12 may attend. Cost is $40 per child.

Campers will practice ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense.
