CRESTVIEW — Chad Christopher Richard, 44, a sexual predator, has registered a permanent address within Okaloosa County.
Richard registered 224 Hannah Lane, Crestview, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
The white male with brown hair has hazel eyes; he is five feet seven inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
A judge found him guilty of sexual battery with a weapon or force in June 1997 in Brevard County, and failure to register as a sexual predator in March 2008 in Okaloosa County.
