North Okaloosa's June 23 through July 2 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Jason James Bean, 30, of Crestview: fraud — false owner information for pawned items less than $300.

•Derick Samuel Reed Jr., 31, of Marietta, Georgia: distributing Schedule I marijuana.

•Louis Allen Scott, 29, of Holt: unarmed burglary of a structure without a person inside and larceny totaling $300 to $5,000.

•Bradley Paul Giese, 21, of Crestview: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of over 20 grams of marijuana.

•Skyler Darryal Lewis, 29, of Baker: unarmed burglary to a conveyance without a person inside and larceny totaling $300 to $5,000.

•Allen James Lyons, 55, of Crestview: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

•Clifton Patrick, 52, of Laurel Hill: driving with a permanently revoked license.

•Christopher Michael Russell, 38, of Crestview: passing counterfeited bill or promissory note.

•John Wilson Spicer, 50, of Baker: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Rebecca Nicole Taylor, 31, of Crestview: failure to appear.

•Marquis LeShaun Anderson, 24, of Milton: resisting an officer — fleeing-eluding law enforcement officer with active lights or siren and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Shelitra Yauna Johnson, 20, of Crestview: property damage over $1,000.

•Carrie Amanda Richburg, 30, Holt: probation violation.

•Tiffany Dawn Williams, 26, Florida Department of Corrections: battery by a person detained in prison or jail facility.

•Eugene Clayton McKee, 54, of Crestview: driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense.

•Kenneth Michael Harielson, 37, of Baker: failure to register as a sex offender.

•Larry Wayne Pursley, 41, of Crestview: probation violation.

•Eric Dewayne Russell, 31, unlisted address: weapon or ammunition possession by a convicted Florida felon, grand larceny of a firearm and grand theft of a motor vehicle.

•Andrew Lee Barnhill, 32, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Rachel Anne Linton, 43, of Crestview: destroying, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

•Larry Shane Mayo, 47, of Crestview: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Brandy Nichole Chandler, 32, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a subscription.

•Jacqueline Molen Cox, 46, of Crestview: weapon or ammunition possession by a convicted Florida felon.

•David Robert Whitney, 37, of Crestview: petit larceny, third or subsequent offense and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Emery Heath Drake, 45, of Vinemont, Alabama: controlled substance possession without a subscription.
