North Okaloosa students recognized

CRESTVIEW — Here are highlights involving area students: 

  • The Troy University chancellor's list for the spring semester and term 4 of the 2016-2017 academic year includes Lindsay Gatewood of Baker and these Crestview residents: Mary Champion, Laken Johnson and Katie Barnhill. Full-time undergraduate students registered for at least 12 semester hours and who earn a grade point average of 4.0 qualify for the chancellor's list.
  • The Troy University provost's list for spring semester/term 4 includes Dustin Roper of Baker and these Crestview residents: Blake Brooks, Ernest Lee, Milo Pepper, Brian Schwartz and Lenny Holloway. Full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who have a grade point average of at least 3.65 qualify for the provost's list.
  • Troy University spring 2017 graduates include Quinton Lindsey of Baker, Bachelor of Science in Education; Lindsay Gatewood of Baker, Bachelor of Science; and Hannah Day of Laurel Hill, Bachelor of Science.

  • Ryan J. Bullard of Crestview received a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Park University's 

    Malmstrom Air Force Base Campus Center, Great Falls, Montana.

  • Jon Jaramillo of Crestview graduated from Troy University during Term 3 of the 2016-2017 academic year. 
  • Joseph Quinn Martinelli of Crestview received a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Oklahoma campus in Norman, Oklahoma.

  • Massah Juliet Karmo-Patrick of Laurel Hill received a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma campus in Norman, Oklahoma.

  • Yumi Cynthia Terrell of Crestview received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
