CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Dylan Ray White, 22, Dickson, Tennessee: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•James Michael Clark, 35, Abilene, Texas: fugitive from justice.

•Sherree Lynne Weldon, 48, Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Toni Leigh Anderson, 36, Crestview: grand theft greater than $300.

•Lee Cortez Hart, 32, Crestview: dealing in stolen property and false statement of ownership on pawn transaction.

•Melody Bringle, 29, Crestview: dealing in stolen property and false statement of ownership on pawn transaction.

•Stephen Keith Cordova, 24, Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Holly Beth Nielsen, 30, Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Randy Lynn Boggess Jr., 28, Crestview: violation of probation or community control.

•Tyler James Smith, 18, Crestview: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

•Joshua Lee Schrank, 26, Crestview: fugitive from justice.

•Amanda Christine Stout, 21, Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•John Henry Fischer, 50, Crestview: probation violation.

•Dave Johnson, 44, Crestview: probation violation.

•Thomas Preston Kelly, 18, Crestview: burglary of a dwelling.

•Jacob Michael Warf, 38, Crestview: fleeing or eluding police with failure to obey order to stop and probation violation.

•Cody Leeander Quarrier, 39, Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Debra Kay Colvin, 48, Crestview: Petit larceny, third or subsequent conviction.

•Joseph Daniel Talbot, 31, Crestview, engaging in pawnbroker business without a license, theft totaling $300 to $5,000, dealing in stolen property and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•James Benjamin, 48, Crestview: driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

•Katie Lynn Gearhart, 35, Crestview: child neglect without great bodily harm.

•Christopher Guy Gearhart, 35, Crestview: child neglect without great bodily harm.

•Billy Charles Martin, 26, Crestview: Schedule I marijuana distribution, cocaine possession and probation violation.

•Corey Michael Edwin Jones, 30, Crestview: kidnapping-false imprisonment.
