The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to calls of “shots fired” Tuesday night on Wedgewood Lane near Crestview and found blood in a home’s driveway.
Witnesses reported hearing two gunshots around 6:30 p.m. and seeing two cars heading away from the area.
A short time later, 19-year-old Crestview resident Tyler Webb of Traxx Street showed up at North Okaloosa Medical Center with a bullet wound to the left thigh.
Investigators said Webb has given conflicting accounts of the shooting.
