North Okaloosa arrests: March 28-April 3

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Curlon Jaymar Moore, 37, Crestview, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill; battery and assault on an officer, EMT or firefighter.

•Frank Lee Adkins, 50, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Carlos Rodriguez Gant, 40, Laurel Hill, leaving an accident scene with vehicle or property damage and fleeing — eluding an officer with lights and sirens activated.

•Albert Diaz, 36, Crestview, driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense, and marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver.

•Randolph Allen Smith, 34, Crestview, probation violation.

•David Eugene Palkowski, 35, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•William Delano Seagle, 60, Crestview, unarmed burglary of a dwelling, possession of burglary tools and theft totaling $300 to $5,000.

•Kenneth Leroy Wilkerson, 24, Crestview, probation violation.

•Jarrahy Michelle Bennett, 34, Fort Walton Beach, preventing or obstructing extinguishment of a fire.

•Starr Michele Prince, 36, Crestview, probation violation.

•Paul Robert Weston, 48, Crestview, sex assault — unlawful sexual act with certain minors.

•John Anthony Murrell, 42, Baker, fleeing or eluding police at high speed, tampering, destroying or fabricating physical evidence, and driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

•Joshua David Lawrence, 30, Crestview, theft totaling $300 to $5,000, motor vehicle grand theft and dealing in stolen property.

•Darnell Jefferson Myers, 34, Crestview, possession of over 20 grams of marijuana, cocaine possession, domestic battery by strangulation, kidnapping — false imprisonment of an adult, and sexual battery with a weapon or force — victim 12 or older.

•Holly Beth Nielsen, 29, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Robert Dale Lundy, 55, Baker, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Dylan Cole Rusnak, 18, Shalimar, Schedule 1 marijuana distribution and probation violation.

•Antwon Montrex Smith, 33, Crestview, cocaine possession.

•James Brian Hamm, 47, Crestview, failure to appear.

•Ralph A. Smith, 56, Crestview, possession of a short-barreled rifle or machine gun.
