North Okaloosa's March 13-20 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Tyson Tremayne Ford, 37, Crestview, unlawful controlled substance possession with intent to distribute, unlawful controlled substance possession without a prescription, tampering with evidence and probation violation.

•Joshua J. Hughes, 28, Mobile, Ala., armed burglary, grand theft of a firearm, grand theft of property totaling $300-$5,000 and possession of a weapon or firearm by a convicted felon.

•Meghan Mae Price, 28, Crestview, theft at $300-$5,000.

•Kendra Shantae Akins, 30, Crestview, driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense, and probation violation.

•Misty C. Noyce, 38, Crestview, child abuse without great bodily harm.

•Jarrahy Michelle Bennett, 33, Fort Walton Beach, battery on officer or firefighter.

•Christopher Michael Driver, 28, Crestview, drugs within 1,000 feet of a place of worship or convenience business and cocaine possession.

•Tony Jerome Byrd, 20, Crestview, probation violation.

•Justin Kyler Caine, 29, Baker, child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, controlled substance possession without a prescription and probation violation.

•Jessica Fay Mason, 29, Baker, child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Annie Jean Walters, 33, Crestview, probation violation.

•Carlos Rodriguez Gantt, 40, Laurel Hill, fleeing or eluding law enforcement officer with lights or siren active.

•Heather Kay Parker, 32, Laurel Hill, grand larceny of a firearm and dealing in stolen property.

•Brittani Kellie Randolph, 26, Crestview, probation violation.

•Nichole Lynn Douglas, 34, Fort Walton Beach, battery by a person detained in prison or jail facility.

•Nissamarie Zimmer, 24, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Toni Lyn Henderson, 41, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and probation violation.

•Brian Donald Padget, 34, Fort Walton Beach, battery by a person detained in prison or jail facility.

•Terrell Jerome Cochran, 41, Crestview, weapon or ammunition possession by convicted felon, cocaine possession and drug trafficking of phenethylamines, 10 grams or more.

•Jimmy Eugene McNealy, 42, Tallahassee, failure to register as a sex offender.

•Sandy Michael Pyne, 24, Crestview, theft, $300-$5,000.

•Emily Christine Knoblauch, 30, Crestview, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
