CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports from Dec. 29 through Jan. 3.
Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
•Jason Timothy Reiling, 37, Crestview, retail theft of goods valued over $300 and three counts of resisting an officer with violence.
•Avery Domar Hicks, 22, Crestview, probation violation.
•Dana Kolleen Lewis, 33, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of over 20 grams of marijuana and trafficking in hydrocodone, 14 grams or more.
•George Aaron Duncan, 30, Crestview, habitual traffic offender and failure to maintain insurance for property damage.
•Tyler Dewayne Garrett, 26, Crestview, probation violation and larceny-theft is $300-$5,000.
•Jason Christopher Moore, 35, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Angelica Monique Beatty, 26, Crestview, child neglect without great harm or disfigurement.
•Joey Mitchell Houser, 40, Crestview, probation violation.
•Wilma Sue Redmond, 68, Laurel Hill, larceny — $50,000 or more from a 65-year-old or older, and exploitation of the elderly — $50,000 or more.
•Kevin Earl Thompson, 41, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Tyler Leigh Andrews, 24, Crestview, vehicle grand theft.
•Sergio Najera, 34, Okeechobee, carrying concealed weapon or firearm.
•Clyde J. Strain, 34, San Marcos, Texas, grand theft auto.
•Ritchie Glenn Campbell, 48, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Johnny Dewey Duren, 43, Crestview, kidnapping — false imprisonment.
•Jessie Matthew Nixon, 31, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Tyler Dewayne Garrett, 25, Crestview, grand theft greater than $300.
•Justin Alan McCall, 22, Baker, armed burglary to an unoccupied conveyance, grand theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and probation violation.
•Melvin L. Williams, 36, Crestview, trafficking amphetamine 14 grams or over.
•Joseph William Martin, 38, Crestview, petit larceny, third or subsequent conviction.
•Justin Alan McCall, 23, Baker, two counts of unarmed burglary of a structure or conveyance and one count each of fraud — impersonation attempt to use ID of another person without consent, counterfeiting of a public record certificate and fraud — uttering a false instrument.
•Jennifer Ann Ogden, 39, Crestview, probation violation.
•Michael Andrew Panetti, 30, Crestview, probation violation.
•Rachel Anna Raabe, 29, Crestview, probation violation.
