CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.
Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
•Phillip Beck, 41, Crestview, larceny over $0,000-100,000, fraud — failure to redeliver hired, leased property.
•Robert Melvin Phillips, 45, Crestview, preventing or obstructing extinguishment of fire, property damage — criminal mischief over $1,000 and unarmed burglary without a person inside.
•Paul Kylie Quarrier, 36, Crestview, three counts of failure to appear.
•Jason Timothy Reiling, 37, Crestview, two counts of larceny theft totaling $300-$5,000.
•Julia Michelle Lynch, 48, McKenzie, Ala., unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Keon Deondre Peebles, 18, Gainesville, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and battery on a detention staff member.
•Javaris Milton Durm, 18, Crestview, weapon or ammunition possession by a Florida delinquent adult.
